Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to https://www.pulsar64.com (the “Site”), operated by Pulsar64 (the “Controller”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you accept the practices described here; if you disagree with them, please refrain from using it.
Who is responsible for your data
Pulsar64, located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable regulations.
Data we collect
The Site is designed to collect as little data as possible. The only personal data we may receive is what you voluntarily provide:
- Name.
- Email address.
- The project description or need you write to us about.
- Your language preference (stored only in your browser, via a cookie).
How your data reaches us
The Site's form does not send information to our servers: submitting it opens your own email app with the message prepared, and you decide whether to send it. Your data reaches our inbox just like any email conversation.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, ethnic origin, beliefs, etc.) and ask that you do not send it to us.
How we use your data
We use your data only for these primary purposes:
- Responding to your request or message.
- Preparing and sending you work proposals (scope, price, and timeline).
- Following up on communication related to your project.
What we don't do with your data
We do not use your data for secondary purposes such as mass advertising, newsletters, or profiling. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
Data transfers
Your data only passes through the infrastructure providers needed to operate (for example, hosting and email services), which process it on our behalf. Beyond that, we would only share data when a competent authority requires it under applicable law. Any transfer that does not require your consent will be made under the cases set out in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.
Your rights (access, correction, deletion, objection)
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection (ARCO rights under Mexican law), or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to hola@pulsar64.com. Your request should include:
- Your full name.
- A way to send you our response (usually your email).
- A document proving your identity or, where applicable, the legal authority of the person filing the request.
- A clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise.
Response times
We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days. If your request is incomplete, we will let you know within 5 business days of receiving it so you can complete it. If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may contact Mexico's data protection authority, INAI (www.inai.org.mx).
Cookies
The Site uses a single first-party, functional cookie (pulsar_locale) to remember your chosen language. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data against loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized access.
California and U.S. residents (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell or “share” (as defined by the CCPA/CPRA) personal information, and have not done so in the preceding 12 months. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, correct, and delete the information we hold about you, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
For any request, write to hola@pulsar64.com; we respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
European Union visitors (GDPR)
If you visit us from the EU, we process your data based on your consent (when you write to us) and on our legitimate interest in responding to your request. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy due to legal or service changes (for example, if the form ever stores data on our servers or we add analytics). The current version will always be published on this page with its update date, and relevant changes will be announced on the Site.
