1. The Site and the service

Pulsar64 is a custom software development service operated by the Company. The Site is informational and a contact channel: it describes what we do and lets you send us a request or project brief.

2. Requests do not create a contract

Sending a request, brief, or message through the Site does not create any contractual relationship or obligation to provide services for either party. Every project is formalized separately through a proposal and a specific agreement defining scope, price, timeline, and conditions.

3. Acceptable use

By using the Site you agree to:

• Not interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Not use it for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to these terms.
• Not extract its content in bulk or through automated means (scraping) without prior written authorization.
• Not impersonate other people when writing to us.

4. Intellectual property

The Pulsar64 brand, as well as the Site's design, copy, graphics, and code, are property of the Company or used with their owners' permission. Access to the Site grants you no license or right over them.

Intellectual property for software developed for clients is defined in each project's agreement, not in these terms.

5. Informational content and warranties

The Site's content is informational and may change without notice. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”: we do not guarantee continuous availability, absence of errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. Service descriptions do not constitute a binding offer.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. In any case, the Company's total liability is limited to the amount, if any, you paid for the corresponding services.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices; including a link does not imply endorsement or sponsorship.

8. Privacy and cookies

The handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies by our Cookie Policy, both available on the Site.

9. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date; using the Site after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, expressly waiving any other venue that might correspond to them due to present or future domicile.

If you access the Site from outside Mexico (for example, from the U.S.), you are responsible for complying with your applicable local regulations.
